We're so glad you're thinking about joining us. Turning up somewhere new for the first time can feel like a big step, so here's everything you need to know to make it an easy one.
We meet at 10:30am every Sunday. We can’t wait to meet you!

11:40 — A quiet response time — no pressure to do anything, just space if you want it
11:45 — Giving Notices and what's on next
11:55 — Final Song

Your kids matter to us too
We know that bringing children to a new church can be the biggest factor in whether a Sunday works for your family. Here's what you can expect.
Ages 2–11
Age-appropriate groups where kids have fun, make friends, and hear about Jesus in ways that make sense to them — through games, stories, worship and creativity.
Check-in and safety
Every child checks in at our welcome desk before the service, with a printed name badge and a matching collection tag for parents — the same secure system used at New Life Church Derby. All our children's team are safeguarding-trained.
First time bringing your kids?
Come a few minutes early — doors open at 10:15am — and someone from our children's team will walk you through check-in and settle your children in.
-
However you found us, we'd love to stay in touch afterwards too.
-
Whatever you're comfortable in. There's no dress code — you'll see everything from jeans to Sunday best.

We see giving as an essential part of our worship.
At New Life Mickleover we believe that the tithe (10% of our income) belongs to God and that the whole tithe is brought to the House of God. We also believe that the offerings we give over and above our tithe is ‘seed sown’ which God will multiply. As the Bible says "God loves a generous giver", and obeying God in this area, is key to a blessed life. We truly thank God for your obedience and generosity.
